Dejinta Beesha engages in partnership with coalitions from the University of Toronto, Canadian Centre for Policy Alternative, Ontario Council Agencies Serving Immigrant, Canadian Refugee Council,  Canadian Arab Federation, Centre for Reaserch and Education in Human Services, Toronto Centre of Execellence Reserch and Policy,  Ontario Campaign 2000, Regional Ethnocultural Advisory Committee for Correctional Services of Canada, African Canadian Social Development Council, African Legal Clinic, Ceris, in understanding community issues that would lead towards creation of policies that address issues in the immigrant communities in general and,specifically, the Somali Immigrant community in the GTA
